We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are. So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.
NB returns due to incorrect size, colour etc must be returned within 7 days and must be in original condition with tags attached.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Please send returns to 21 McKerrow Place, Sunshine Bay, Queenstown, Sth Island, New Zealand. Please return the invoice and use the reverse side of it to tell us why you are returning your goods so we can quickly put things right.
